Start with a 30-minute call. We will confirm your budget, including CPF, loan eligibility under TDSR and any ABSD. Then we agree a shortlist before you spend a weekend on viewings.
How much commission do you charge?
Buyers of new launches pay nothing, because the developer pays the agency. For resale, sales and rentals, fees are agreed upfront in writing in the CEA prescribed estate agency agreement. There are never any surprises.
Can you help me sell my HDB flat and buy a condo at the same time?
Yes, this is one of my specialities. I sequence the sale, the purchase and the financing so you are not caught paying two mortgages, or left without a home in between.
Do you work with foreign buyers and PRs?
Yes. I explain eligibility, the ABSD that applies to you, and which property types you can buy, such as condos versus landed homes, before we start viewing.
What happens after I book a viewing?
I confirm your slot by WhatsApp, send the floor plan and recent comparable transactions, and meet you on site. You will never be pressured to make an offer on the day.
